Ramp Hits $60 Billion Valuation After Raising About $1.85 Billion

Ramp’s valuation has jumped from $44 billion to about $60 billion in four months, making it the most valuable startup in corporate spend management.

Ramp, the New York company that makes corporate cards and finance software for businesses, has reached a valuation of about $60 billion after raising roughly $1.85 billion, Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the matter. The $60 billion figure is pre-money, meaning it does not include the new capital.

The round was led by Dragoneer Investment Group and Thrive Capital, with Founders Fund also writing a large check. Ramp declined to comment, according to Bloomberg.

Key facts

  • Raised: about $1.85 billion
  • Valuation: about $60 billion pre-money
  • Lead investors: Dragoneer Investment Group and Thrive Capital, with Founders Fund
  • Previous valuation: $44 billion in June 2026
  • Scale: 70,000 business customers and annualised revenue above $1.5 billion as of June

A fast climb

The new round comes only four months after Ramp raised $750 million at a $44 billion valuation in June. At that time it worked with about 70,000 businesses, up from 50,000 at the start of the year, and its annualised revenue had passed $1.5 billion, according to Bloomberg.

Founded in 2019, Ramp offers expense management, bill payments and AI-powered fraud detection, and describes itself as the highest-valued startup focused on corporate spending. Its closest rival, Brex, agreed to sell to Capital One for $5.15 billion earlier this year.

The AI angle

Investors are betting heavily on Ramp’s push into AI. In August the company released a tool that routes tasks through lower-cost AI models where possible, and Bloomberg reported that it is considering training its own models for the first time.

For fintech founders, the round is another sign that investors will still pay premium prices for fast-growing companies that combine payments with automation. ZUAS will update this story if Ramp confirms the details.
